I’ve had good experience with IDFC. Been banking with them since start and they’ve been very helpful. Only issue is that some of their departments are not a responsive as others. Like I’ve been requesting for a credit card (a basic one) but they don’t seem to have a proper way to go ahead. Always keep asking me to sign up online and the form is not particularly useful.

Pathetic service, lost and broken items. Do not have any customer support to talk in India. Even though I had insurance, they asked to remove my feedback to agree for insurance
I bought the Reassure 3.0 product and the experience (of buying) was easy. The KB was informative, the agent was knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was taken advatnage of. However, now sure about their claim process etc. Will update once I have gone through it.
Used him for financial planning and was delighted by the service. Very knowledgeable and understanding. No aggression, friendly. Took his time to understand my requirements, and suggested recommendations in a very calm way. Will recommend him anytime for financial planning.
My data got sold I guess. Spam calls from many brands after I used this service. Use the information but dont sign up.
